I currently provide leadership for program development (situation analysis, program design, evaluation) as an Associate Director for Virginia Cooperative Extension.  I have worked as an evaluator in Cooperative Extension since 1983 with Michigan Cooperative Extension, Virginia Cooperative Extension, and the eXtension Initiative.  I have extensive experience in all aspects of evaluation of non-formal Extension programs at the local, state, and national levels.

Mike is serving as the 2019 NAEPSDP Immediate Past-President and Chair of the Nominating Committee.
